Brand new hotel
The room was very modern and nicely decorated.The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable but the bed for my son was a folding bed - very uncomfortable. The room was very clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Not far from the beach. The bathroom was very well designed.
No kitchen, no washing machine, breakfast is worse than what you get on the plane. Very small windows with view on the next door building. Not enough light.

Crispy clean (its a very new hotel), with everything you...
Crispy clean (its a very new hotel), with everything you need in the room (slippers, gown, electric cattle, etc.). Quiet location at the small street, though close to everything. Good sound isolation.
When ventilation fan in toilet was on while window is closed, a bad smell from the sewer appeared.
